Who We Are
Jimny Himalayan Expeditions was born in 2008 when founders Nitesh Thakur and Vishwajeet Mangal came together with a shared passion for the Himalayas. Nitesh, an experienced Jimny rider with numerous expeditions across Ladakh, and Vishwajeet, an expert mountaineer and expedition guide, combined their expertise to create unforgettable mountain adventures.
What started as organizing expeditions through Ladakh's rugged terrains has grown into a comprehensive expedition company covering Ladakh, Spiti, Zanskar, and beyond. Yet our core philosophy remains unchanged: every expedition is personal, every traveler becomes family.
